We hope you love your purchase but just in case you don’t, please take a look at our return policy below.

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY (that can be used towards a future purchase)

You may return the items to us within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Conditions: All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed; in original condition or will be subject to denial.

 

Once items have been received, please allow 10 business days from receiving your return to issue store credit. We will issue the store credit via the email that was used for ordering original purchase.

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the order was fulfilled in error or defective clothing on behalf of Desired Apparel.

 

We take pride in taking the best care for our customers. If a damaged or defective item are received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can resolve the issue right away.

 

Final Sale, leggings, clearance items and swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges
